About the role

  • Leading the entire lifecycle of an initiative from strategy creation to execution
  • Responsible for ensuring all aspects of technology services delivery
  • Leveraging background in software engineering to implement technology strategies
  • Providing cross-functional leadership and building alignment for efforts
  • Identifying and mitigating technical risks impacting project success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information systems, business administration, or related field
  • 5 to 7 years+ of technical program management expertise in related field
  • Proficiency in project/initiative management software (MS Project, JIRA, Planview) and methodologies, including Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Understanding of Agile metrics, Scrum, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and similar agile methodologies
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Growth mindset and ability to learn from both success and failure
  • Ability to develop and integrate metrics to demonstrate the value of IT
