About the role

  • Collaborate with Omni-channel communications platform team to deliver a seamless and efficient communication process
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements
  • Monitors and generates reports on product KPIs
  • Utilize data and customer feedback to continuously improve the digital communication experience
  • Manage the technology product backlog, define user stories, and set sprint goals
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team
  • Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions
  • Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for business and technical processes
  • Lead the development and execution of a long-term platform strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in a project management, technical product owner, platform owner, engineer, or similar role
  • Strong understanding of life insurance industry workflows and processes
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions
  • Experience with program and agile delivery methodologies
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with project tracking software (e.g. Jira)
  • Experience with Azure, AKS on Azure
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with DevOps principles and tools
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
