About the role
- Collaborate with Omni-channel communications platform team to deliver a seamless and efficient communication process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and prioritize requirements
- Monitors and generates reports on product KPIs
- Utilize data and customer feedback to continuously improve the digital communication experience
- Manage the technology product backlog, define user stories, and set sprint goals
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team
- Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions
- Monitor system performance, identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for business and technical processes
- Lead the development and execution of a long-term platform strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in a project management, technical product owner, platform owner, engineer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of life insurance industry workflows and processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to translate business needs into effective solutions
- Experience with program and agile delivery methodologies
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with project tracking software (e.g. Jira)
- Experience with Azure, AKS on Azure
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
- Experience with DevOps principles and tools
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git)
- Experience with Agile methodologies
