About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver industry leading customer service through both phone and email channels
Set up and support both Lender and Broker profiles as required for participation in the MCI programs
Provide business support for Mortgage Protection Plan processes to Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Manulife Sales team members
Troubleshoot all issues escalated from either Brokers or Sales
Collaborate across the different teams on all business initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Postgraduate education or relevant experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Experience in the Mortgage Creditor Industry is a plus
Fully bilingual (French/English)
Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems like Salesforce, and data entry
