About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Craft and refine enterprise-level applications pushing the Power Platform to its limit
Engage directly with stakeholders and influencers monthly and lead the global CoE meetings
Drive identification of dependencies and the development of design documents for a product, application, service, or platform
Build end-to-end low code solutions using the Power Platform’s out-of-the-box capabilities
Leverage subject-matter expertise of product features and partner with appropriate stakeholders to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items
Mentor other members on the team on building Power Platform solutions
Proactively seek new knowledge and adapt to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of demonstrated work experience in a software development (full stack)
5+ years of experience in a financial institution or regulated industry
5+ years of experience of architecture and design thinking for distributed and data analytics solutions
Hands-on experience in Power Platform development will be given higher priority
Knowledge on Power Automate Desktop, Power Virtual Agent, Power Pages, and AI Builder
Experience building applications on Azure or any cloud platform
Experience with web application development using .Net, C# , React, or TypeScript
Microsoft Dataverse / Dynamics 365 customization & integration
