About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions that improve end-to-end purchase experiences.
- Apply agile principles to manage requirements, prioritize work, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Investigate operational challenges, analyze complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Develop clear and actionable business requirements and user stories for system enhancements and new product implementations.
- Collaborate with technology teams to integrate AI-driven tools that optimize processes, workflows, and decision-making.
- Coordinate testing and implementation plans to support successful delivery of enhancements.
- Act as a mentor and technical expert, guiding junior team members and promoting best practices.
- Share knowledge and foster collaboration across business units to support consistency, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of progressive business analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of financial services operations and customer experience principles.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Ability to influence and negotiate to meet project objectives in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and work independently or collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in business process improvement is preferred.
- Familiar with intelligent document processing and Power Bi is a plus.
- Demonstrated adaptability across diverse processes, departments, and business priorities.
- Proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate teams toward process improvement initiatives and measurable results.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external partners to achieve strategic goals.
