About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee daily operations for the Group Retirement Plans service function
- Lead process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions
- Standardize procedures and maintain clear documentation
- Lead and develop a team of Client Account Representatives and Service Advisors
- Own and manage key performance indicators for the function
- Monitor results and provide regular reporting to leadership
- Support strong business-to-business relationships with stakeholders
- Lead risk and compliance activities for the function
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience in operations and client service management
- Proven experience leading people in a service or operations environment, including performance management, coaching, and team development
- Experience managing service performance and operational KPIs in a high-volume, client-facing function
- Working knowledge of risk, compliance, and control requirements within a regulated financial services environment
