About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Oversee daily operations for the Group Retirement Plans service function
  • Lead process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and implementing practical solutions
  • Standardize procedures and maintain clear documentation
  • Lead and develop a team of Client Account Representatives and Service Advisors
  • Own and manage key performance indicators for the function
  • Monitor results and provide regular reporting to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, operations, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and client service management
  • Proven experience leading people in a service or operations environment, including performance management, coaching, and team development
  • Experience managing service performance and operational KPIs in a high-volume, client-facing function
  • Working knowledge of risk, compliance, and control requirements within a regulated financial services environment
