About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • manage client and plan member requests related to eligibility processes
  • act as Plan Administrator for large clients with complex plans
  • manage day-to-day administration of assigned policies
  • process member-related eligibility requests daily
  • manage client inbox items and provide follow-up
  • administer member eligibility processes in accordance with client specific Admin guide
  • provide accurate answers to client requests
  • partner with Call Centre Representatives and other resources to resolve issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • at least 3 years in customer service
  • excellent knowledge of MS applications & communication tools
