About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- manage client and plan member requests related to eligibility processes
- act as Plan Administrator for large clients with complex plans
- manage day-to-day administration of assigned policies
- process member-related eligibility requests daily
- manage client inbox items and provide follow-up
- administer member eligibility processes in accordance with client specific Admin guide
- provide accurate answers to client requests
- partner with Call Centre Representatives and other resources to resolve issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- at least 3 years in customer service
- excellent knowledge of MS applications & communication tools
