About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, portfolio views, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issue tracking
- serve as a central point of coordination across operations leadership, sub-teams, and stakeholders
- support the design and implementation of the Target Operating Model
- assess organizational readiness and identify impacts to people, processes, tools, capacity, training needs, and role clarity
- facilitate meetings and workshops to drive alignment and resolve issues
- design governance forums, structured status reporting, and decision-making frameworks
- ensure project and portfolio documentation remains accurate and accessible
- support delivery best practices and continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of project or program management experience
- demonstrated experience managing integrated plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and stakeholder reporting in complex delivery environments
- experience supporting operational transformation initiatives in complex, matrixed, cross-functional environments
- strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and decision-support skills
- knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery practices, including agile, scrum, and waterfall
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- experience in Group Benefits, insurance, or financial services is an asset
- experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet and JIRA
