Key responsibilities & impact

Support the timely execution of integrated marketing initiatives across channels
Coordinate and manage marketing project intake, timelines, and deliverables
Maintain and update marketing collateral, including presentations and content
Assist with content development and publishing workflows
Support tier 1 events and institutional meetings logistics
Contribute to marketing performance reporting and analysis
Oversee and maintain team initiative and project lists
Support administrative tasks and records management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, communications, or related role
Demonstrated project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and content management systems
Basic design sensibility and comfort working with creative assets
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable operating in a regulated, governance-driven environment
Experience within investment management or institutional financial services is a plus
Familiarity with Seismic, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), or analytics dashboards is an asset
