About the role
- Deliver effective and comprehensive process training for John Hancock Shared Services Operations & Oversight – RPO team
- Collaborate with Operations to identify training needs and map out annual training plans for internal teams
- Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training using varied facilitation methods – instructor-led classroom (in-person or virtual), instructor-led deskside, hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring
- Develop and implement training curriculum, training plan and production glide paths
- Make recommendations to improve and maintain staff knowledge inventory based on sound data
- Update and maintain training documentation in line with policies and procedures
- Manage the training queues effectively, to ensure that no work falls out of TATXx
Requirements
- At least one to two years of experience in insurance operations
- Excellent training delivery skills, including the ability to facilitate product and process training using various methods such as in-person or virtual instructor-led sessions, hands-on training, and coaching
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies is an advantage
- Ability to develop and implement training curricula and plans
- Strong organizational, work management, and time management abilities
- Strong professionalism, work ethics, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with e-learning software is an asset
- Ability to work 8 PM to 5 AM Manila time
- Quezon City or Cebu-based
