About the role

  • Deliver effective and comprehensive process training for John Hancock Shared Services Operations & Oversight – RPO team
  • Collaborate with Operations to identify training needs and map out annual training plans for internal teams
  • Facilitate product and process training for new hires and cross-training using varied facilitation methods – instructor-led classroom (in-person or virtual), instructor-led deskside, hands-on training, coaching, and mentoring
  • Develop and implement training curriculum, training plan and production glide paths
  • Make recommendations to improve and maintain staff knowledge inventory based on sound data
  • Update and maintain training documentation in line with policies and procedures
  • Manage the training queues effectively, to ensure that no work falls out of TATXx

Requirements

  • At least one to two years of experience in insurance operations
  • Excellent training delivery skills, including the ability to facilitate product and process training using various methods such as in-person or virtual instructor-led sessions, hands-on training, and coaching
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and methodologies is an advantage
  • Ability to develop and implement training curricula and plans
  • Strong organizational, work management, and time management abilities
  • Strong professionalism, work ethics, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (particularly PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with e-learning software is an asset
  • Ability to work 8 PM to 5 AM Manila time
  • Quezon City or Cebu-based
