About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Implement and maintain Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions
- Configure and deploy DLP policies, rules, and alerts
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams including IT, Legal, and Compliance
- Conduct data discovery and classification exercises
- Integrate DLP solutions with existing security infrastructure
- Stay updated on trends in DLP technologies and regulations
- Develop DLP configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent military or OTJ experience
- At least 7 years of relevant technical experience
- Minimum of 5 years in cyber security
- At least 2 years in an agile delivery team
- Deep technical knowledge with leading DLP platforms like Microsoft Purview, Symantec DLP, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of DLP concepts, methodologies, and tools
- Experience with scripting for automation and integration
- Familiarity with network protocols and cloud security technologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
