About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver ongoing analysis, reporting, and automating required processes.
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual US Segment related reporting.
Preparation of annual regulatory reporting including ownership of Risk-specific sections.
Facilitate US Risk Committee operations, Risk policy, and standard maintenance.
Automation of monthly, quarterly, and annual US Segment related reporting.
Lead the automation of processes for collecting and analyzing data across the enterprise.
Monitor, optimize, and provide training on automated systems.
Supporting the delivery of machine learning, large language model and related analytics projects.
Provide support to Risk and Technology Tooling team on data ingestion, clean-up, mapping etc.
Assist in testing, cleaning, and preparing data for reporting readiness.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledgeable in financial services, insurance, and operational risk management.
Proficient in Power BI and Power Platform (particularly PowerApps, PowerAutomate).
Skilled in dashboard design with a focus on UI/UX.
Experience in big data analysis, including the use of Azure and Databricks.
Expertise in statistical software (e.g., Python, R) and risk management tools.
Knowledgeable in database schemas, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Strong reporting skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
Highly organized with strong time management and organizational skills.
Self-starter with ability to work independently.
Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills.
