About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend technology solutions aligned with business needs
- Act as a liaison between business and IT teams, translating requirements into technical solutions
- Support implementation activities including solution design, testing, and user acceptance
- Prioritize initiatives to ensure alignment with business strategy and project goals
- Monitor implemented solutions and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement
- Contribute to successful project delivery by ensuring solutions meet business expectations and technical standards
- Define and monitor SLAs related to intake and customer satisfaction
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in business process analysis and workflow optimization
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (business and IT stakeholders)
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Understanding of enterprise systems, technologies, and system integration
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
