Key responsibilities & impact

Provide expert guidance and day-to-day virtual support to advisors using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud
Design, deliver, and continuously improve enablement materials to accelerate advisor proficiency
Act as the liaison between advisor practices and the Continuous Delivery Organization
Identify common questions and issues; track themes and recommend processes or platform improvements
Partner with internal stakeholders to align priorities for releases

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
FSC experience (1+ year)
Client-facing support/enablement
Wealth workflow knowledge
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Salesforce certifications preferred (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional, Data Architect)
Bilingualism (English-French) is an asset
