About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conducting process discovery & walkthrough sessions for operational and/or support processes
Gathering adequate information and data to support project objectives
Validating information and data for developing project deliverables
Identifying process and/or performance gaps and opportunities
Quantifying impact of process gaps and continuous improvement opportunities
Developing project deliverables such as process maps, policies, processes, procedures documentation, data analysis, charts, management readout
Supporting business process owners in deploying agreed recommendations
Measuring and tracking benefits of OE projects
Building working relationships with project stakeholders
Cultivating a continuous improvement culture

Requirements

What you’ll need

College degree or equivalent business experience
3-5 years' experience in process or performance improvement teams
Technical proficiency in process/quality improvement methodologies (DMAIC, DMADV, Lean, Kaizen)
Change management preferred
Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent preferred
Familiarity with Agile Mindset & Frameworks (i.e., Scrum)
