About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own executive reporting cadence for transformation initiatives and augmentation programs, including bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews
- Build and maintain benefits realization frameworks and financial tracking models across all major initiatives
- Partner with Finance and BU stakeholders to define and track KPIs such as cost, productivity, quality, SLA, and operational efficiency
- Maintain an integrated portfolio view, identifying dependencies, resource constraints, and sequencing risks across initiatives
- Support program governance including sprint demos, executive committee preparation, and stakeholder engagement
- Manage funding allocations, business case development, and maintain strategic artifacts and documentation
- Analyze and monitor operations technology costs including infrastructure, cloud usage, and licensing
- Ensure alignment with Technology PMO and enterprise reporting standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in program management, PMO leadership, or finance business partnering within transformation environments
- Proven experience managing large, multi-initiative portfolios with strong governance and reporting discipline
- Experience building and managing benefits realization frameworks in partnership with Finance
- Strong expertise in executive reporting, steering committees, and program cadence management
- Ability to communicate financial and operational metrics clearly to senior leadership
- Experience collaborating in matrix environments, including with Technology or central PMO teams
- Strong written communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts into executive-ready insights
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, healthcare)
- Bachelor’s degree required
