About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Review applications and associated underwriting evidence.
- Analyze and summarize risk profile.
- Classify risk according to company philosophy and recommend to underwriter.
- Manage aspects of the underwriting process while pending underwriting requirements.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt to change.
Requirements
What you’ll need- College or University graduate of any medical or health science course
- Must have at least one year tenure in current position (for internal hire)
- Should not have any attendance issues or any disciplinary action
- Meet job expectations and pass all performance metrics in his/her current unit
- Underwriting experience or working in a Life Insurance company is preferred but not required.
