About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the variable incentive compensation process, ensuring accurate and timely calculation and payment of commissions
  • Manage the lifecycle of field staff, including handling offer letters and compensation statements
  • Prepare, validate, and deliver analytical reporting and insights for sales leadership
  • Build, maintain, and enhance key metrics and reporting within internal compensation systems
  • Support the incentive compensation plans on an annual and ongoing basis
  • Support the preparation of monthly sales commission forecasts, reporting, and variance analysis
  • Lead the adoption of AI-enabled resources and Power BI reporting solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
  • Proven relationship-building, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Customer-focused commitment to quality with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive process improvements
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and managing challenges proactively
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of sound business practices and controls, and accounting/audit principles applicable to Sales and Distribution
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset, required for candidates in Québec
  • CPA highly preferred with 3+ years of relevant experience in progressive accounting roles
