About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Process and communicate moderate to complex client requests for Investment products
- Handle trade reversals/adjustments utilizing multiple administrative systems
- Maintain outlined service levels and quality and productivity standards
- Identify Not-In-Good-Order cases and take necessary actions
- Manage and respond to inquiries from various internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct research and investigation on escalated items
- Provide support for industry specific training and interdepartmental cross training
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or any related course
- At least 2-4 years relevant professional experience preferably in Investment/Wealth, Securities or similar industry
- BPO/Shared Service experience would be an asset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, Outlook and Teams
- Preferably with experience in Mainframe and/or Form based applications
