About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide program-level governance and delivery oversight for complex, cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment to business objectives, timelines, and quality expectations across the Behavioural Insurance portfolio.
Establish and operate delivery governance structures, including delivery cadence, readiness checkpoints, dependency management, and decision forums to improve predictability and transparency.
Oversee delivery performance of external vendors, ensuring commitments are met and cross-team dependencies are actively managed and resolved.
Proactively identify, track, and manage program-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies, supporting mitigation planning and clear communication to stakeholders and leadership.
Develop and maintain structured program reporting that provides visibility into delivery status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to support informed decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in program delivery, project management, product ownership, or a related role in a complex, cross‑functional environment.
Demonstrated experience working with delivery methodologies such as Agile, waterfall, or hybrid models.
Strong experience coordinating work across business, technology, and external partners.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
