About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage the full contract lifecycle: intake, drafting, approval, signature, aligning with storage and monitoring requirements, and tracking renewal/termination dates.
- Align with a central repository of contracts and ensure accuracy, completeness, and version control.
- Ensure timely renewals, renegotiations, or termination decisions through proactive contract tracking.
- Conduct regular business reviews with vendors to assess performance, service levels, issues, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify vendor risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Act as a liaison between business partners, project teams, and vendors.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of vendor management methodologies and compliance frameworks.
- Proficiency with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools and procurement systems.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
