Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
3–5 years of relevant reconciliation or investment operations experience
Strong working knowledge of DUCO, Alladin, SimCorp Dimension, Appway, or equivalent platforms
Solid understanding of securities lifecycle, settlements, and custodial processes
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong stakeholder communication and influence
Ability to prioritize, mentor, and lead by example
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform, particularly: Power BI for standard reporting and data visualization; Power Automate for simple workflow automation
