About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide vocational rehabilitation services to eligible members of the Canadian Armed Forces.
  • Facilitate return-to-work strategies in collaboration with clients, colleagues, and care providers.
  • Coordinate activities with healthcare professionals.
  • Manage a rehabilitation caseload covering Quebec City and surrounding areas.
  • Budget management and planning for return-to-work programs.
  • Conduct mediation and negotiation sessions as necessary.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Related University degree; preference for Health Sciences education focusing on Psychology, Counseling, or Nursing.
  • Professional recognition like ARP or CCRC is an asset.
  • Extensive vocational rehabilitation experience (5 years) or several years of active rehabilitation experience.
  • Sound knowledge of Rehabilitation Industry Standards, Disability Insurance, and medical terminology.
  • Fully bilingual (French/English).
  • Experience managing budgets in a professional setting.
  • Valid driver's license and car required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Comfortable giving presentations to large groups.
