Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead a team of Mortgage Sales Specialists
  • Manage underwriting questions and complex file work
  • Provide analysis of sales reports
  • Build relationships and collaborate with key partners
  • Participate in regular touchpoints with BDM and BDM-RVP
  • Prepare and provide analysis of sales reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Specialist
  • Solid understanding of mortgage underwriting policies and processes
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
  • College or university degree in a related field
