About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Mortgage Sales Specialists
- Manage underwriting questions and complex file work
- Provide analysis of sales reports
- Build relationships and collaborate with key partners
- Participate in regular touchpoints with BDM and BDM-RVP
- Prepare and provide analysis of sales reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Specialist
- Solid understanding of mortgage underwriting policies and processes
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills
- College or university degree in a related field
