About the role

  • Own and execute the regional institutional sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with, coach, and assist with developing a team of institutional sales professionals.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and drive a high-performance sales culture.
  • Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with institutional clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across the region.
  • Partner with national sales leadership to align regional strategies with enterprise-wide objectives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform regional planning and prioritization.
  • Collaborate closely with sales peers and other functional teams to deliver integrated institutional solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of experience in institutional sales within life insurance, financial services, or related markets
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience engaging senior‑level sales professionals
  • Deep understanding of institutional distribution channels and complex, consultative sales processes
  • Series 6, 63, Life, Health, and Variable licenses.
