About the role
- Own and execute the regional institutional sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with, coach, and assist with developing a team of institutional sales professionals.
- Establish clear performance expectations, provide ongoing feedback, and drive a high-performance sales culture.
- Develop and maintain senior‑level relationships with institutional clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships across the region.
- Partner with national sales leadership to align regional strategies with enterprise-wide objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive dynamics to inform regional planning and prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with sales peers and other functional teams to deliver integrated institutional solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in institutional sales within life insurance, financial services, or related markets
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience engaging senior‑level sales professionals
- Deep understanding of institutional distribution channels and complex, consultative sales processes
- Series 6, 63, Life, Health, and Variable licenses.
