About the role
- Translate business line strategy into coherent future-state operating model and requirements
- Partner with business leaders and technology delivery partners to deliver outcomes
- Lead discovery and requirements elicitation across various stakeholders
- Develop structured requirements inventory and facilitate prioritization decisions
- Drive convergence across stakeholders and translate business needs into actionable requirements
- Produce future-state process flows and define requirements for operational controls
- Ensure requirements meet regulatory, risk, and compliance needs; support audit-ready documentation
Requirements
- 7+ years of business analysis experience in financial services/insurance preferred
- Expertise in requirements management, traceability, and high-quality analysis artifacts
- Proven experience partnering with technology teams and vendors
- Exceptional facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in net-new builds, platform implementations, or integration-heavy programs preferred
- Familiarity with regulated environments and supporting audit documentation/change management practices preferred
- Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM) preferred but not required
