About the role

  • Validate regulatory requirements in Archer, ensuring documentation accuracy
  • Provide advisory support to functional teams on regulatory impacts
  • Deliver training and tools for interpreting requirements and maintaining documentation
  • Collaborate with Technology and Risk teams to enhance Archer functionality
  • Ensure effective use of Archer for regulatory assessments and documentation
  • Monitor regulatory issues, ensuring timely remediation
  • Identify and communicate emerging risk themes to senior stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years in compliance or a related field
  • Three years of experience with MS tools/software
  • Expert‑level experience with Archer, including configuring workflows and managing complex data structures
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline or College Diploma in Business Administration
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
