About the role
- Validate regulatory requirements in Archer, ensuring documentation accuracy
- Provide advisory support to functional teams on regulatory impacts
- Deliver training and tools for interpreting requirements and maintaining documentation
- Collaborate with Technology and Risk teams to enhance Archer functionality
- Ensure effective use of Archer for regulatory assessments and documentation
- Monitor regulatory issues, ensuring timely remediation
- Identify and communicate emerging risk themes to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in compliance or a related field
- Three years of experience with MS tools/software
- Expert‑level experience with Archer, including configuring workflows and managing complex data structures
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline or College Diploma in Business Administration
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
