About the role
- Perform analytical and repeatable tasks to support Cost Savings initiatives, including preparing monthly billing reports and conducting detailed trend, variance, and root-cause analyses to inform decision-making.
- Perform user asset validation by reconciling inventory data, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring accuracy of billing and licensing records.
- Analyze, track, and coordinate the renewal of software and licenses for the US Segment, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, renewal options are assessed, and decisions support operational and financial objectives.
- Coordinate with both vendors and internal teams for software and license renewals by requesting quotes, managing follow-ups, reviewing terms, confirming requirements, and ensuring smooth and timely completion of the renewal process.
- Ensure documentation for software and license renewals, vendor coordination, and asset management is consistently updated, organized, and maintained for audit and reporting purposes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Operations
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (Business, Project Management, or related discipline)
- Proficient with Office 365 Tools and PowerBI
- ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent knowledge is a plus.
