About the role

  • Support the Operational Risk and Resilience Oversight Committee (ORROC) reporting
  • Socialize the commentaries with stakeholders across Segments
  • Perform data validation and ensure data integrity requirements are met
  • Perform data and trends analysis and propose themes and actions
  • Engage in training activities to support first- and second-line adoption of the methodology

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Operational Risk Management, specifically Reporting and Metrics detailed analysis
  • Experience with developing business case, project overview and dashboard
  • Proficient with PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with an ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate for shared success
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
