About the role
- Build automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Develop dashboards and operational workflows that support model lifecycle tracking, model issues management, remediation progress, and key risk indicators.
- Reduce manual effort through scalable, end‑to‑end automation.
- Support data ingestion, transformation, and validation using Azure and Databricks.
- Establish controlled, auditable, and scalable data models aligned with governance requirements.
- Identify thoughtful, compliant opportunities to leverage GenAI for documentation, testing, or analytical acceleration.
- Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, complete, and audit‑ready.
- Strengthen controls and validation processes that enable consistent and reliable reporting standards.
- Partner with actuarial, analytics, finance, and technology teams to clarify requirements and iterate on reporting and workflow solutions.
- Document processes, logic, and workflows clearly to support transparency and operational readiness.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience, ideally within financial services, insurance, or risk management.
- Experience in risk reporting, data automation, analytics engineering, or similar domains.
- Proficiency with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dataflows), Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Working knowledge of Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud environments for processing large datasets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail, data quality, and controls.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills within digital‑first and remote environments.
- Excellent collaborative and relationship building skills; showing tact and diplomacy in dealing with others.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing workflows.
