About the role

  • Review and complete Policy Year End Reports (PYERs) in PRISM
  • Revise PYER files (Excel or PDF) as needed
  • Prepare and finalize International Experience Reports to be sent to clients
  • Correspond with Network Partners and department members to resolve PYER concerns
  • Review and complete Business Updates in PRISM
  • Prepare and send out OARs to Network Partners for settling outstanding balances
  • Prepare and complete captive reports to be shared with the client based on deadlines
  • Train new colleagues on IGP Administration duties
  • Train and support Genpact on PYER entry and PYER delivery
  • Assist in special projects

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or other languages
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving skills, with the ability to influence decisions and support prevention of future client issues
  • Proven analytical skills, with the ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a high volume environment while meeting aggressive service level expectations
  • Collaborative teammate who can work independently and contribute across business areas
  • Typically brings postsecondary education and a basic knowledge of group insurance and pensions
  • Demonstrated passion for providing client-centric solutions
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Excel (spreadsheet) and database applications
