About the role
- Actively participate in oversight of risk domains and governance activities
- Evaluate and identify non-compliance with requirements; recommend new controls
- Review incidents and losses, perform root cause analysis
- Conduct thematic reviews and propose action plans
Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operational risk management or related fields such as audit or compliance
- Strong knowledge of operational processes, risks, and controls
- Knowledge of operational risk domains (third party risk, business continuity, change management, disaster recovery)
- Strong skepticism and attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Ability to analyze complex situations for practical recommendations
- Proficiency in MS Office Products and data analytics tools is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
