Shape and lead the multi-year AI strategy for Finance
Oversee design, deployment, and performance of AI solutions
Drive AI literacy and citizen development
Lead Finance’s data strategy, governance, and enablement
Partner with Finance, IT, enterprise data, and risk teams to implement governance tools and solutions
Guide data delivery teams and Finance consumers on optimal data usage

Requirements

8–10+ years of experience in finance or financial services, including roles in finance transformation, analytics, or strategy
Deep understanding of core finance processes such as planning, forecasting, accounting, and reporting
Leadership exposure in large-scale projects or change programs
Experience leading end-to-end implementation of technology or data projects in Finance
In-depth knowledge of data governance principles and tools/technologies for data integration and business intelligence
Familiarity with financial data processes and tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL Server
Strong working knowledge of AI/analytics technologies and their applications in business
Visionary planning skills with the practical ability to execute complex programs
