About the role
- Designing B2C web applications that work across desktop, tablet, and mobile
- Collaborating with Product Owners and Engineering to balance product and user needs
- Being part of the broader Human Centered Design team, advancing a customer-centric vision
- Conducting user research, distilling data, and communicating insights
- Consistently communicating with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive design implementation
- Working in an agile environment for quick prototype-test-iterate cycles
- Facilitating jam sessions and articulating design decisions
- Contributing to the evolution of design systems
- Helping develop the Product Design practice and culture
- Determining UX success metrics & KPIs with stakeholders and analytics
Requirements
- 3+ years of product design experience
- Expertise in Figma
- High proficiency in human-centered design, visual design, usability, and accessibility
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end digital product design process, including user validation, user flows, content modeling, wireframing, prototyping, user testing, and high-fidelity visuals
- Experience using AI as part of your design workflow (eg: Figma Make)
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Research and Content teams within Agile methodology
