About the role

  • Lead the translation of complex business requirements into technical specifications and system designs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement high-impact AI solutions
  • Architect and develop full-stack AI solutions, ensuring scalability and maintainability
  • Design and build advanced user interfaces, APIs, and backend logic for AI systems
  • Apply advanced coding practices, design patterns, and automation strategies
  • Conduct technical “spikes” and feasibility studies to mitigate risks in AI adoption
  • Optimize AI models and algorithms for performance, accuracy, and ethical compliance
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation including deployment and support guides
  • Ensure seamless integration with enterprise platforms and data ecosystems
  • Champion responsible AI principles including fairness, transparency, and governance
  • Monitor and continuously improve deployed AI agents and systems
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team capability building

Requirements

  • 9+ years of experience in software development or automation, with 2+ years in AI or low-code platforms
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot, and API-based integrations (e.g SharePoint, M365, Azure, ServiceNow, Salesforce, WD, etc)
  • Experience with Azure AI services or equivalent AI services, Power BI, and Dataverse is a plus
  • Strong understanding of agentic AI, prompt engineering, and workflow orchestration
  • Proven ability to influence technical strategy and deliver scalable, ethical enterprise-grade AI solutions
  • Familiarity with agentic AI concepts, including autonomous agents, memory, and goal-driven behavior
  • Demonstrates strategic adaptability to evolving technologies and ethical AI design principles
