About the role
- Join Premier Case Coordinator team within Relationship Management supporting Manulife Investments
- Full-time (contract) 37.5 hours/week with rotating 8-hour shifts between 8:00 am–6:00 pm Monday–Friday
- Handle inquiries by phone/email from financial advisors regarding contracts, products and procedures
- Provide outstanding customer experience; resolve most queries on first call by researching resource systems
- Training provided on Amazon Connect, Salesforce and email management (1 week)
- Candidates will be monitored to meet established goals
Requirements
- Bilingual (French & English) required
- Comfortable with Manulife Segregated Fund products, processes, product rules and requirements
- Knowledge of Manulife Investments Segregated Funds product
- Understanding of investment products available to Canadian investors (eg. RRSP, RRIF)
- Knowledge of Manulife Investments GIC/GIA and Immediate Annuity products
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Positive attitude, high energy, empathy, and attention to detail
- Punctuality, reliability, and effective listening skills
- Technical proficiency navigating multiple software and applications (e.g., Amazon Connect, Salesforce)
- Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team
- Open to continuous learning and receiving regular feedback
