About the role
- Lead a team of engineers to develop AI solutions
- Drive Copilot Studio enablement and adoption
- Collaborate with data science, engineering, and business teams
- Develop and manage delivery roadmaps and resource strategies
- Ensure solutions meet financial services regulatory standards
- Champion agile delivery practices and continuous improvement
- Provide executive-level reporting on delivery progress
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical delivery leadership
- At least 3 years in AI/ML or intelligent automation
- Deep understanding of financial services operations
- Regulatory landscape knowledge
- Hands-on development experience
- Proven success in delivering AI solutions at scale
- Strong experience with enterprise architecture and cloud platforms
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Experience managing multi-functional teams and vendor partnerships
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
