About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive new business growth and expand footprint into large key accounts (typically ~5,000 MWh and up).
- Build long-term client relationships and deliver solutions to manage energy spend across procurement, efficiency strategies, and all Mantis offerings.
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings daily with C-level decision makers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years selling B2B electricity, natural gas, or green energy contracts (supplier or broker backgrounds welcome).
- Multi-year track record of exceeding individual quotas (~$1M+)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into multiple levels of an organization.
