Key responsibilities & impact

Effectively apply MANTIS methodology in the facility inspection process for Facility Management Solutions projects
Provide quality assurance observation on projects as needed
Surround primary duty with Quality Assurance Observation
Perform roof surveys, pavement surveys, and building envelope surveys as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and tablet-based field tools
Ability to read and interpret construction documents
Physically able to climb ladders/scaffolding and lift 50 lbs
5+ years in construction, roofing, or facility assessment roles (preferred)
Previous CQA or project inspection experience (preferred)
Roofing Technology Certificate or related certifications (preferred)
RCI/IIBEC coursework or certifications (preferred)
Experience with pavement or building envelope technologies (preferred)
