💰 $125,000 - $135,000 per year
About the role
- Develop mechanical efficiency solutions for large commercial and industrial customers
- Perform initial audits of facilities and evaluate HVAC, BAS, and other mechanical systems
- Create scopes of work for sales proposals and develop accurate project costs and savings
- Assist in closing sales opportunities and work with utility personnel to secure incentive funding
- Develop mechanical designs and specifications for equipment purchases and installation contracts
- Manage projects to achieve profitability goals and ensure on-time, on-budget completion
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Project Managers in a team environment to deliver client value
- Prepare savings calculations to satisfy utility engineering review criteria for incentives
Requirements
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years minimum turn-key mechanical energy efficiency project development experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of design of HVAC systems and BAS efficiency control strategies
- General knowledge of mechanical contracting and construction processes
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite required
