About the role

  • Lead the Cloud Infrastructure team and act as primary point of contact for cloud-related topics
  • Drive strategic initiatives, guide daily operations, and ensure alignment with the Cloud Innovation & Strategy Plan
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, and business stakeholders across the Dustin Group
  • Responsible for incidents, emergencies, and operational tasks related to cloud infrastructure
  • Drive stand-ups, monitor deadlines, and take ownership of initiatives like Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Intune/MDM device migration, and decommissioning projects across the Nordics
  • Mentor and support team members; promote knowledge sharing and technical growth

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert competence
  • A bachelor's degree level of working and thinking
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, Azure platform management, and driving strategic cloud initiatives
  • Technical skills including TOGAF Certification, FinOps Certified Practitioner, Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
  • English language proficiency (Required language(s) English)
