About the role
- Lead and manage all retailer sponsored search campaigns across Target, Walmart, Best Buy, and Costco in partnership with retail marketing agency
- Monitor campaign performance, optimize spend, and provide reporting and insights to drive sales growth
- Own content optimization across retailer.com sites, ensuring best-in-class image copy and enhancements that drive conversion
- Manage Syndigo assets and processes to ensure accurate, timely syndication across retailer platforms
- Oversee the Bazaarvoice platform to manage and syndicate retailer reviews across partners and develop strategies to increase review coverage and quality
- Provide support to the Marketplace team on Amazon campaigns and paid media initiatives, including assisting with Google paid media and TikTok affiliate campaigns as needed
- Partner with sales, creative, digital, and retail operations teams to ensure alignment on retail marketing initiatives
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in retail media, digital media, or eCommerce, preferably with CPG or omnichannel brands
- Deep knowledge of PDP optimization, SEO for retail, Q&A management, and ratings and reviews strategy
- Familiarity with Syndigo, Bazaarvoice, and Amazon Seller/Vendor Central tools
- Hands-on experience with retail media platforms (e.g., Walmart Connect, Roundel, Costco Media)
- Ability to work closely with Creative and Production teams to coordinate assets and ensure compliance
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights to improve results
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Experience managing external agency partners and driving collaboration across media and analytics team
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
