Implement and manage the QA process across enterprise platforms
Perform as Testing SME for Enterprise Applications like Oracle NetSuite
Establish a functional testing approach for feature and regression testing
Collaborate with business leaders and development teams to align on features and functionality
Create and maintain organized documentation of test results
Coordinate with onsite and off-shore QA team members
Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend corrective action
Lead UAT calls and partner with business users for demo
Write SQL queries to verify Data ingestion process
Support testing on eCommerce platforms as needed
Lead functional SME for Inventory and Financial systems
Support D2C testing initiatives

Requirements

8+ years experience in Quality Assurance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
Experience testing Enterprise applications including Oracle NetSuite
Deep understanding of Retail systems, Financial and Inventory workflows in the retail industry
Understanding of SQL queries
Strong understanding and hands-on experience testing eCommerce applications (e.g. Shopify, Braintree, Klarna)
Extremely skilled tester with out-of-the-box thinking
Strong communication skills and experience partnering with key stakeholders and business leaders
Solid understanding of Agile development methodology
