About the role
- Manage the phased integration of two major business processes
- Develop and maintain visual process maps using Miro or similar tools
- Build and manage dynamic project schedules in Smartsheet
- Identify friction points where work moves between teams
- Act as the primary connective tissue during the transition
- Ensure process changes reflect internal culture
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive project or program management experience in Financial Technology or a high volume Talent Acquisition/Hiring environment
- Expert-level proficiency in Smartsheet and LucidChart/Miro
- Proven experience moving teams through phased transitions
- Ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional partners without direct authority
- Experience working within large-scale organizations with frequent cross-functional handoffs
