Research and mine sources, as well as use AI, to seek out qualified talent
Attract, engage, and assess in-demand tech talent
Connect candidates' skills to open roles
Build a strong talent community and pipeline through personal and digital networking
Source, screen and interview candidates
Track current consultants’ impending end dates
Market for open roles where possible
Transition interested and qualified talent to recruiters
Assess candidate motivations and aspirations

3+ years of experience in a pure sourcing role (not combined with recruiting)
Proven success sourcing technical roles (e.g., Fraud/Risk, front-end, full stack, back-end) and non-technical roles for large Fortune 500 companies
Expertise in using Internet and social media strategies for sourcing, including cold calling and database research
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio
High School Diploma
