Accountabilities: Leverage knowledge of role design and required competencies to market, screen and present candidates
Improve sourcing strategies and build diverse candidate pipeline through research, digital outreach, and attraction campaigns
Oversee quality of delivery and service team and mitigate risks to account health and client satisfaction
Coach and train on recruiting best practices, processes and technologies
Efficiently and accurately screen and assess candidates and remove barriers for their successful employment
Drive client satisfaction and loyalty by delivering on commitments and providing an exceptional hiring experience
Develop and maintain brand awareness and trusted advisor status by sharing recruitment expertise and workforce insights
Requirements
5+ years’ experience in FinTech and/or SaaS Sales/Corporate/Customer Success Recruiting
High Volume or Hyper Growth experience a Plus
Comfort and proficiency in partnering and consulting with leaders at all levels
Flexibility, ability to provide timely solutions, and proven ability to develop inclusive talent pipelines
Candidates should exhibit a growth mindset and history of guiding, consulting, and educating hiring managers
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree Nice to Have
Management: Experience or exposure to people or project management
