About the role
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline of prospective candidates using research, networking, database mining, complex internet searches, etc. for as required for ManpowerGroup clients
- Use a variety of technical tools to identify and attract a high qualified pool of candidates
- Manage referral sources as well as other identified sourcing channels
- Document research methods so they may be shared with other recruiting team members
- Train other recruitment team on new internet sites, blogs, RSS, networking groups and/or sites.
- Work with Recruiters to identify gaps in sourcing plan and develop go forward strategy to identify pipeline of candidates for hard to fill positions
- Identify, screen and submit qualified candidates to Recruiting Team based on the provided job description
- Assist with job requisition / description development
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants
- Maintain knowledge of how many resumes need to be generated for open positions
- Enter and maintain candidate information into applicant tracking system on a daily basis
- Generate recruitment metric reports both manually and using applicant tracking system
- Create, file and maintain filing system for resumes, applications and miscellaneous paperwork
- Resume conversion and application maintenance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a pure sourcing role (not combined with recruiting).
- Proven success sourcing corporate roles (corporate functions like marketing, finance, sales, customer success, etc) for large Fortune 500 companies.
- Expertise in using Internet and social media strategies for sourcing, including cold calling and database research.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Visio.
