About the role
- Execute full cycle recruitment processes
- Lead intake meetings and partner with hiring managers
- Provide market insights to inform hiring decisions
- Leverage role design knowledge to market, screen and present candidates
- Improve sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines
- Screen and assess candidates and remove barriers
- Drive client satisfaction and deliver hiring experience
- Position as an expert on in-demand skills and educate clients
Requirements
- 2+ years of corporate recruiting experience
- Full life cycle recruiting experience
- Leading intake calls with hiring managers
- Conducting consultative conversations with hiring managers
- Providing market intelligence to support strategic hiring decisions
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree (nice to have)
