About the role
- Identify, attract and manage the selection process for in-demand technical talent and connect their skills to open roles.
- Drive all aspects of the full cycle recruitment process while providing an exceptional experience and service to candidates and clients.
- Lead intake meetings, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver market insights to inform strategic hiring decisions.
- Work with clients from global tech giants to start-ups; consult on talent needs.
- Hit performance targets and drive deeper client relationships.
- Provide training, coaching and mentoring opportunities.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience
- 1+ years of professional recruiting experience
- Experience in identifying technical talent who work with one or many of the technologies that power the development of AI, IoT, Search Products, Web Products, Distributed Applications, User Interfaces, Back-End Systems, Full-Stack Development or Embedded Systems.
- A Bachelor’s degree (optional)
