Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting for skilled trades positions within a manufacturer
- Experience managing a requisition load of 50+ requisitions
- Experience recruiting for different locations simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent
